Easy to train our puppies to use. Now they vigorously scratch 2-3 times, and get a little treat. When I trimmed the front claws with clippers, they were worse! ha ha.

This is a well designed and manufactured product. I’ve been holding off buying this thinking “my dog will never do this, but he got it very quickly!

My dog loves it. She’s a pointer mix and is 58 pounds . She really enjoyed the positive reinforcement. At first it took a little while for her to get the concept so you might have to get creative, especially if your pup is afraid of their nails getting trimmed.

Let your dog file their own nails — no clippers, no wrestling, no fear of the quick.

Nail day shouldn't feel like a wrestling match.

You know the routine. The chasing. The wriggling. The guilty pit in your stomach when you nick the quick and they yelp — and now they bolt the second they see the clippers.

So you try the grinder. The noise sends them running. You book the groomer. It costs a fortune, eats your Saturday, and your dog still hates it.

There's a calmer way — one where your dog isn't held down, isn't afraid, and actually walks toward nail care instead of hiding from it.

    HOW IT WORKS (3 steps)

    It's almost too simple:

    1. Drop a treat in the drawer and slide it shut.
    2. Your dog scratches to reach it — and files their nails naturally as they go.
    3. Open the drawer and let them have the treat. That's the whole thing.

No restraint. No clippers. No guessing where the quick is. Your dog does the work — and gets rewarded for it.

WHY IT WORKS (and why it's different)

Most nail tools fight your dog's instincts. Clippers mean restraint and pressure, so dogs brace, pull away, and learn to dread it.

The GetZoomies board flips the control to them. When your dog chooses to scratch a filing surface for a reward, the fear has nowhere to live. They're not being handled — they're playing.

"But my dog is the worst at this."

We hear that a lot — and it's exactly the dog this was built for. Because your dog is in control, even the nervous and stubborn ones usually come around. Some take to it in the first session; others need a few short, treat-filled tries. That's why every board comes with our step-by-step training guide, and why our guarantee is built to actually help you (more below).

100% non invasive no more painful clipping accidents.

🐾 No more worrying about clipping too high

Trimming your pup's nails yourself is a risk, just 1 centimeter too far and your dog is bleeding, and in pain.

GetZoomies Nail Board is the natural way of nail trimming, no more trimming accidents or trips to the vet.

    Why dogs pick the board

The old way means fighting, fear, and that gut-drop moment when you cut too far. The scratch board lets your dog do their own nails — calmly, on their terms. Here's how it stacks up.

Nail Day Doesn't Have to Be a Fight

Most dogs don't hate having short nails — they hate being held down, the buzzing grinder, the stress of it all. The GetZoomies board flips that: you drop a treat in the drawer, your dog scratches to reach it, and their nails file down naturally while they play. No restraint, no clippers, no dread. Just a few happy minutes that leave their paws comfortable and your nail-day stress behind.

    🐾 Gentle by design

Your dog scratches at their own pace and stays in control — it files the tip a little at a time, no clippers near the quick.

🦴 Made for the dog who hates nail day

Everything You're Wondering Before You Buy

      live_help

What if my dog won't scratch it at all?

It's normal for some dogs to need encouragement at first. A high-value treat in the drawer usually does the trick, and a little patience over a few days builds the habit. And if it's just not the right fit, you're covered by our 30-day guarantee — so there's no risk in trying.

      live_help

My dog HATES having his nails done — will this actually work for him?

That's exactly who we built it for. There's no holding down, no clippers, no fighting — your dog never has to have his paws grabbed. You drop a treat in the drawer, he scratches to get it, and his nails file down while he plays. Most dogs that dread clippers take to the board because they're in control of the whole thing.

      live_help

Is it safe? Can my dog file too much or hurt their paws?

Your dog scratches at their own pace and stops when they want — it files the tip of the nail a little at a time, not all at once. Because they control the pressure and angle naturally, it stays away from the quick. As with any nail care, we recommend supervising the first few sessions while your pup gets the hang of it.

      live_help

My dog is huge / tiny — will it fit?

Yep. From a 10 lb lap dog to a 90+ lb shepherd, it's the same board and the same method. Bigger dogs file faster; smaller dogs may just need a few extra sessions. One board works for every size.

      live_help

How long until it actually works?

Some dogs start scratching the very first day — especially food-motivated ones. Others take a few short sessions to build the habit. Because it works through treats and positive reinforcement, your dog learns at their own pace, and most pups are using it happily within the first week.
